Making clock

Autumn in last year, we went to making clock at a housing exhibition area in Tachikawa, Tokyo. I was very interested in a house exhibited for many years, so we went there.

But wife was interested in the entertainment gathering to making clock in the model house.

When I listened to the house structure based by American classical wood house resembling the famous Sweden house. But listening and seeing the real house, I realized it was the very American house which was strong-built by real wood form.

While I listening the explanation, wife made a fantastic hand-made clock assisted by the two specialists who were both charming and pleasant to their working.

The two are the members of DIY FACTORY FUTAKOTAMAGAWA, Frank and Sundy. After making a clock and willing back home, Frank and Sundy gave us a happy present that was the materials by which we would make one more clock at home. How kind-hearted they are !

We were very thankful to the fabulous clock-advisers and also house explaining person in charge Mr. Totani. The house is of course very fine. We spent a wonderful time on fine autumn day.

The clock that wife made at that time is now put and decorated in our dining room. One more clock she made at home is also decorated on the wall over the book shelf.
